Oratorium Mistr Jan Hus

b_133_99_16777215_0_0_images_Oratorium_RPjan_hus_logo_2.jpgJan Hus se stal inspirací pro českého populárního hudebníka, skladatele, zpěváka, ale také spisovatele a všeobecně nadaného umělce Richarda Pachmana. V roce 2002 se nadchl pro odkaz Mistra Jana Husa, začal studovat knihy o jeho životě a díle a v hlavě se mu již rodil plán na hudební dílo.

Začal skládat písně, psát texty a díky setkání s režisérkou Irenou Žantovskou později začal připravovat také scénickou podobu oratoria. Pochopil, že Husův odkaz je stále velmi aktuální, že je potřeba současnému divákovi představit Husův život, jeho názory i jeho kritiku tehdejší společnosti. Pachmana nejvíce oslovila kniha „100 dopisů Jana Husa“. Pod jejím vlivem napsal do své knihy „Jak chutná život“ z fiktivního pohledu studenta Karlovy univerzity na přelomu 14. a 15. století kapitolu „Jan Hus“.

V roce 2005 oratorium představil ve Valdštejnské zahradě Senátu Parlamentu ČR

R. Pachman v roli MJH
a v Chrámu sv. Mikuláše Církve československé husitské v Praze. Získal za něj ocenění na mezinárodním festivalu Zlatá Praha 2006 cenou Nadace Vize 97 manželů Dagmar a Václava Havlových. Oratorium vyšlo také v podobě CD a DVD.

V hlavní roli Jana Husa se objevuje sám autor díla a v dalších rolích ho doprovázejí takové pěvecké hvězdy jako Marián Vojtko (alternace Mistr Jan Hus), Ilona Csáková (královna Žofie), Dita Vích-Hořínková (matka), Tomáš Petřík (zlo) nebo Zdeněk Plech (král Václav IV. a Zikmund).
